Words can not express the gratitude that I have for Andrea’s Bridal Alterations. I bought my dress off-the-shelf. The boutique where I purchased the dress and my bridal consultant were awesome; however, their in-house seamstress/alteration specialist was mean, cold, unprofessional and over-priced. Totally hysterical, I started looking for alteration specialists online. I wanted a location close to my home and a place with great credibility. I kept getting led back to Andrea’s Bridal Alterations. I called and they were very pleasant. I was able to get an appointment for later that day. When I walked in it was such a beautiful atmosphere and I was greeted with a smile. I felt welcomed. I felt like a bride! They were helpful in getting me into my dress and fitting it to my curves. I explained that my plan was to drop a few pounds that may reflect in my next fitting. They provided me with a reasonable quote and dates for my next fittings. (The truth is because of their excellent customer service I would have selected them anyway regardless of price). I returned for my next fitting and significant changes had to be made because of my weight loss. The changes were made in only a few days. I went for the final fitting and it was just perfect. They were so happy for me. We celebrated by taking pictures and toasting champagne. It was such an awesome experience. I highly recommend Andrea’s Bridal Alterations. Their goal is to ensure that the bride is happy.
